We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels via regular post. Please allow up to 10 business days for items to arrive
We do accept requests for exchanges or refunds on products within 7 days of arrival. The item must be returned in its entirety in original undamaged condition. Not regarding faulty goods the postage and handling will be at the expense of the buyer.
